Cookery Exam
When? - The last month of the second year of the course.
Credits? -The exam is worth 6 credits.
Why? - This will give you a chance to
demonstrate all the food preparation skills you learned over
the two years of the course.
What? - Assignment given 3 weeks before
the day to get written investigation done. On the day - 0.5
hour preparation and 2 hours exam.

Task
When?
- The Task is done in the second half of the first year of
the course.
Credits? - The task is worth 10 credits.
What?
- You will be involved in preparing, planning and hosting
an event. This event is written up as a report (Word doc). You will be interviewed by an examiner
about your role in the event. Some
